My wife and I went to Mattress Firm today to just look at new mattresses. We both have a twin mattress. The salesman that waited on us did a fantastic job. He knew every detail about the mattresses in his store and was able to show us beds at every price level that fit our needs. He even pulled out their low priced bargain mattresses so we could try them. I bought my mattress right there on the spot. We left and went down the street for an ice cream cone and my wife decided she was ready to buy as well. So we went back and bought the second mattress for her. We had a great experience.
View on GoogleI would give this store 0 stars if I could. The mattress I was delivered came with stains and defects; when I realized the mattress also was the incorrect size and not a queen I asked to just be refunded completely and was met with a nasty attitude from Andy. Beyond disrespectful and rude to me. They charged me a restocking fee for a defective mattress and a product that is not the correct size (queen mattresses are 80 inches, this was 75inches which is the size of a full). I was literally mind blown at how horrible of an experience this was. They also acted like the standard 15% the website offers was a god send and that I should be thankful for it when the mattresses being sold are not even true to the sizes they should be. I paid for a queen size bed and was given a full. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare. I had to take off work to literally pay them to take a mattress back, I’ve lost so much money now it’s so wrong. Beyond disappointed in this company and its terrible customer experience.
View on GoogleJorge was great. We hadn’t purchased a mattress in 25 years. Jorge walked us thru everything and we were set to go in one half hour. He was business like but kind. The delivery guys did the same thing and we love our new mattress.
View on GoogleI think Derick my sales rep is very personable and knowledgeable, I feel he gave me a fair price, I will comment further on how the installation and setup goes once it’s completed. Until then only 2 phased have been completed. So my rating at this point is 4 stars for Derick, but as an old school salesman you own it until it’s completed.
View on GoogleExtremely helpful from the moment you walk in the door. We needed a box mattress the same day and they were able to look through neighboring store inventory to arrange pickup.
