We had a wonderful experience. We're so excited to have our new mattress delivered. Started shopping a few weeks ago and met Marcia who was patient, and understanding of our needs. She followed up with quotes and reassurance of help if needed, no pressure! We finally made a decision, went back and we were helped by Jake, another extremely helpful, knowledgeable relaxed, no pressure, "but here to help" representative. We would recommend buying here.
View on GoogleIncredible service! I went in for a “scouting” expedition before I brought my wife back and Eric helped me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He wasn’t working the next day at that particular store and assured me that it was fine and that he would give the other associates a heads up and they would take care of me. We went back and dealt with Jake who was also excellent! He also assured us they all work together to create the best customer experience. We needed to come back to finalize the paperwork (our decision) and while Jake was finishing up a call, Marsha was happy to answer our additional questions. As it turned out, it was an extra bonus as she had purchased the same mattress! FYI, I didn’t feel the need to shop anywhere else- the quality of the products and service was top notch! Saved me a lot of time and confusion from going store to store. Thank you!

She was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all when it came to trying out many mattresses and lying on them for a while. We were able to find a $500 mattress that was comfortable and worked for my small budget :)

Jake, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the various types and features of the different brands of mattresses, for maximum comfort, restful sleeping experience. Jake was friendly, funny and made you feel at ease. Liked that Mattress Firm had a good selection that they encourage you to try. A plus is that the support local charities. A big thumbs up!
View on GoogleBefore my visit to mattress firm, I was feeling completely overwhelmed with buying a new mattress, thinking it was this terrible process, but right as my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted by Eric. He listened to us and helped us find the best fit. We ended up leaving buying a purple mattress and an adjustable bade. Eric made the process so nice and so smooth. He was very, very helpful!!
