Mark at Mattress Firm was absolutely wonderful to work with. We came in needing a new bed because our current one had finally given out, and he made the entire process so much easier than we expected. I can be pretty particular when it comes to comfort and details, but Mark was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what we needed, walked us through different options, and was genuinely thoughtful about helping us find the right fit for our home. Thanks to him, we left feeling confident and excited about our new bed. Highly recommend working with Mark if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, kind, and attentive!

Francisco is a great and personable guy; wonderful to work with. He told us about Mattress Firm Outlet deals, which we did not end up using, but I really appreciated the transparency. The deal was great and they included some extra items and delivery.

Mark Cohen was very helpful, patient and charming. It was a delightful experience. I would highly recommend his assistance, and shop itself had decent variety. After having made a couple of mattress purchases on line, i would worth certainty much more prefer in person, test while you shop option.

This is our second time shopping at this location and it is 100% because of the salesman that worked with us! Quick back story: in June 2025 we came in for new mattresses for my husband and I. We worked with Mark and he was just top notch the entire time! Never tried to sway our decision or talk us out of anything. Made suggestions and offered other selections. He just made the whole process delightful! We told him we would be back in the spring for mattresses for our boys and we were coming to see him! Fast forward to October 2025: we suffered a house fire and lost everything (all are okay!) but we lost our brand new mattresses. After a day to collect our thoughts, we knew we were going back to Mattress Firm to see Mark. From the moment we walked in the door he was kind and welcoming and apologetic for our circumstances. He helped us replace our beds and was again, top notch the entire time! 10/10 recommend Mattress Firm and 20/10 recommend working with Mark!

Fabulous staff- Caleb and Francisco were over the top helpful in helping me to figure out if a full size bed frame size would work within my specific measurement requirements. He was willing to take the frame out of the box, set it up and allowed me to measure it. If he hadn’t let me do that I may not have made the purchase because I didn’t want to hassle of returning it. He also price matched a full-size memory foam mattress that I found online, so of course I purchased the mattress from them as well. I love to support local businesses. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, I would shop here again! Great shopping experience!
