Mattress Firm Irvine Marketplace

My wife and I came in on a Tuesday afternoon looking for a good recommendation on a mattress for our first apartment. I was greeted by Carl, who had a lot of information on what the ideal mattress would be for my specific needs and situation. We tested a few and ultimately ended up purchasing our first mattress at this mattress firm. Carl was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. If your in need of a good mattress, Carl at Mattress Firm is you’re guy!

I came in to test some of the beds I’ve found online because I wanted order one for my move to Seattle, and Trent was incredibly helpful in aiding me to find the right fit for me! He also offered to take care of contacting the local warehouse in Seattle and setting up the delivery and set up services for me, so that I didn’t have to figure it out for myself online. He was incredibly patient when I needed to call my sister for a second opinion and was thorough about all of the coverage for the warranties offered and included with my purchase. Moreover, he had opinions based on his own experience about the mattresses and bed frames I was looking at, that helped me decide that my purchase was the right one. On top of all that, he was even able to cut me a few discounts for a mattress that was already a pretty good deal! I feel incredibly confident and satisfied with my purchase and having a nice new bed ready for me when I move into my new apartment in Seattle, all thanks to Trent!

Carl was amazing at helping us figure out what we wanted! He was very informative and let us know of all the deals happening. We didn’t come in with the intention to purchase but we could not walk away from the great deal Carl had for us!

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm Irvine Marketplace today! I came in looking for a TempurPedic mattress and was helped by Krev, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy — he took the time to walk me through the different models and helped me find the perfect fit for my sleep style and budget. I really appreciated how he explained the differences between each mattress without making it feel overwhelming. Left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re shopping here, ask for Krev — you won’t be disappointed!

I recommend this place for upgrading your bed because our experience here was pleasant and informative. We ended up splurging on a big upgrade but feel confident based on the warranty and return policy. Carl took us seriously from the start and was more patient with us and less pushy than other sales folk, thank you🙏. The delivery was also smooth which included set up and haul-away. We tried several other stores but we decided this was our fave.
