I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Mattress Firm on Atlantic Boulevard, especially because of Tyler! Mattress shopping had honestly become so overwhelming for me. There are endless options online, different firmness levels, confusing reviews, and I was completely stressed out trying to figure out what would actually be comfortable and worth the money. I had gotten to the point where I was ready to just give up and blindly order something off Amazon hoping for the best.
Thankfully, I decided to stop by Mattress Firm and met Tyler — and I’m so glad I did. He completely changed the experience for me. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress instead of just trying to make a sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and helped narrow down the perfect option based on what I actually needed.
The mattress itself is AMAZING. The quality, comfort, and support are on a completely different level from anything I would have ordered online without trying first. I’ve been sleeping so much better already, and you can truly feel the difference in the product quality.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Tyler made it happen quickly and professionally. While he did make a few suggestions to see if I was interested in upgrading, he was respectful of my decisions when I declined. He didn't push or linger on the upsells, and he made sure I walked out with exactly the mattress and mattress pad I came for.

So, I just had the most pleasant suprise buying a mattress at Mattress Firm today. Most of life I thought all they do is sell mattress, but they have extremely nice and helpful people working there. Ms. Carmen greeted us and really wanted to help us find not just the best mattress for us, buy a whole sleep system that would fit in our price range. She allowed us to test out different mattress as well as different pillows. I was suprise to find out they sell box frames, pillows, bed frames, not just mattress. . . Another gentle by the name Tyler was very knowledgeable and wanting to help us get everything we needed, but in a price range that we could afford. It honestly felt like a blessing going here today with how we were able to get everything we needed for the price we wanted! Huge Thank you to Ms. Carmen & Mr. Tyler for all their help, time, and patience answer all our questions and caring about us and not our money.

Tyler LineBerry is not just a great salesman, he’s a great person. Very knowledgeable about mattress technology, new vs older mattress comfort, and financing options. If you want the best understanding on your mattress purchase, my wife and I highly recommend Tyler. He took his time explaining all of our questions, didn’t rush or push us into anything. My experience this morning with Ehson was fantastic. Withen the span of 20 minutes I had narrowed the decision making down,purchased a protective cover and finalized delivery for a few days out. His personality was very genuine and made, what I would normally hate to do, an enjoyable errand. Thank you Ehson you were a joy to speak to.
