Very helpful and easy to work with. Bought a mattress in Feb and love it. Got a reclining frame for it today because I've just had surgery. They were so easy to work with over the phone. Could not be happier. Not cheap. But worth the price for the service. Taz was the person who was so helpful

When we came into the store, we were greeted with friendliness and warmth. Taz is knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. When we left, we felt like we made the right choice with his guidance. We appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. He asked what our preferred day for delivery. The delivery and setup of the bed was seamless. They arrived when promised and didn’t leave until we knew how to work the remote. I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent over 4 thousand dollars at the store. The delivery people looked like they were hired off the streets. They showed up in an Enterprise truck with street clothes on. 1 guy set up the frame while the other one dragged the mattress and boxspring along the road to my unit. I thought there was 3 people. I was shocked when the 1 guy huffing and puffing was at my door with the mattress. What kind of idiots do they hire? I bought from this store August of 2020 and had great delivery service. When I called to have the delivery fee of $99.99 credited for such poor service, I was told I had to call and talk to Rod. I called Rod back and got all I got was push back. He told me Mattress Firm doesn't credit deliveries. Wow! You are destroying my mattress and boxspring! I should have told him to pick up all of it and you can have the overpriced crappy mattress back. But I like to give everyone a fair chance to make things right. He finally agreed and told me to call him back because he needs to get approval for the $99.99. What kind of manager has to ask for approval? I told him no, I've already called twice and the delivery drivers that you hired that don't even work for your company shouldn't be dragging mattress and boxsprings on the road up to my house!!!!!!! I'm sure to get me off the phone, he said, ok, I'll call you back with the credit. Well it's almost a week and imagine that, just another lying salesman. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Mattress Firm, it's obvious from my experience 5 years to now, they are in financial trouble. They have so many customer complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies, it's mind boggling. Just do a quick google search. If you have any problems with crappy service, they will not help you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an In-and-Out experience here with Mr Rod, he knew his store and knew his mattresses, a real professional!! The store was clean, and he was able to get me a great deal on a mattress that I had from before, which I ordered a second because of how comfortable it is. The shipment was sent the next day and I received my mattress in a few short days. Well done and thanks for making this process super easy!
