Amanda was amazing. She is personable and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us all the way through. She is the reason we looked no further than Mattress Firm for our purchase. As we drove off the first time I thought what an asset she is. I wonder if Mattress Firm knows the gem that they have in her. We feel very grateful for her support. She even was on hand through the delivery - in a snowstorm - messaging back and forth with the drivers to ensure all went smoothly, which it did. The drivers were super too and got the mattress here as scheduled despite the storm and even navigated a tricky stairway with success. Thanks to Amanda and the team. We hope that she and the team are recognized for their exceptional service
View on GoogleAmanda was super helpful and a great listener! She helped us go through our many options and pricing and we found the perfect mattress. Would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend going in. With all the online shopping it was really helpful to try mattresses and have an actual person to work with. Thank you!
View on GoogleMy Sales Associate Amanda was incredibly kind, geniune & hardworking. She was waiting on three customers (including me) and I never felt or was unattended. I'm on a very fixed income, have many health issues and Amanda could not have been more genuinely caring. She was so efficient & ended up getting me an honestly amazing deal. Loved Mattress Firm S. PORTLAND!
View on GoogleI walked into Mattress Firm after a disappointing visit to a different mattress store close by. I was greeted almost immediately by staff who wanted to help me find the best mattress for my needs. They are definitely on their A-game with customer service. Matt, he was amazing. He took the time to answer my questions and ask a bunch of his own. Thanks to him I found the mattress that's going to help me sleep better. My new mattress is fantastic and has a lengthy warranty but if something were to happen and I needed a different one, I'll be heading back to this location. Thanks, Matt. I appreciate you.
View on GoogleWe were helped by the manager who provided excellent knowledge to help us with our decision. Very easy sale at a good price. We had considered buying a bed online but were thrilled to be able to test the bed. Able to get the bed quickly also helped.
