Pierce Furniture’s customer service is truly exceptional! Every time I call them they have gone above and beyond to help me, whether it was matching a finish when ordering a desk to match our existing furniture or picking the perfect outdoor set that is low maintenance and has aged beautifully. High quality furnishings and amazing service. Most recently I called them because our movers couldn’t get our Stickley sleigh bed apart to move it from one bedroom into another. While we are Pierce customers, we aren’t even the ones who bought this bed - it was purchased from Pierce in 2004 or 2005 by a previous owner who sold us the place furnished. With a new bed arriving the next day, I called Pierce in a panic and Julie went above and beyond to help me figure out what bed I had and how to disassemble it. Multiple emails and phone calls, all for a bed someone else purchased 20 years ago, because I needed help and had a deadline to get it apart. Pierce doesn’t just sell high quality furniture that lasts for multiple owners, they also are quality people. Truly grateful and will definitely buy from them again!

Larry Pierce and his team are really the best in the biz. Not only is the furniture of the highest quality, but the customer service is the best I've experienced anywhere, bar none. Larry, Julie and so many others go above and beyond to ensure the customer's complete and total satisfaction. In this day and age of internet shopping, you just can't put a price on high quality furnishings and top notch service.

Some nice contemporary furniture and furnishings here. We are looking for more of a modern style or modern retro style. I am looking for something edgy and bold. From what I have found, nothing like that in the Portland mall area.

We had a very positive experience ordering from Pierce Furniture, especially with Cheryl's help. I called her from our 2nd home on the West Coast and said we were looking for a mid-June delivery in Conway, NH. No problem. We purchased the Polywood 7 piece dining set for outdoors in grey and it is gorgeous!! When delivery was going to be a bit delayed scheduling phenom Beth made some calls and got the set here in time for our dinner party ~ so sweet and efficient. The delivery kids were so sweet however they were so quick, when I went out to give them a tip they were driving away ~ sorry about that. I HIGHLY recommend Pierce Furniture!!!

Cheryl!!! Cheryl is amazing. She's professional, helpful, and spent time helping me decide between 3 very different options. This is my 2nd purchase from Pierce and with Cheryl. My purchases were probably small compared to many other, but the quality of the products are worth saving for something special. So, why the 1 star? The owner is dismissive of customers and his staff alike. One of his employees asked him a question in order to assist a customer. He made zero eye contact and appeared frustrated and put out. I sure hope he adjusts his approach quickly.and embraces the notion that your staff are funding your retirement. Treat them in a way that empowers and rises them up.
