Portland Mattress Makers

Kenny was very helpful and patient during the trying and decision making process. The delivery guys were great - helpful and very personable which is not usually the case for most companies. The mattress is very nice. Probably more expensive than similar ones from a big store, but we felt the materials were better. So far the mattress is comfortable.

Our customer service person, Celeste, was amazing. Very informative, very patient and helpful. We love our new mattress and boxspring. We went shopping around and tried several other maker makers and decided on Portland Mattress.

We shopped around for a new mattress at a few other places before deciding on Portland Mattress Makers. We liked that we weren’t given a sales pitch or pushed to buy! Everyone was super helpful and nice - from sales to delivery - and we love our new bed.

Great experience purchasing through Portland Mattress Makers! They were so helpful over the phone determining what we needed, very informative, and made to order was very fast. The order was done exactly when it was supposed to be and pick up was a breeze. 10/10
