Mattress Firm South Portland

It’s rare to receive real customer service rather than just salesmanship, these days. I had been trying to avoid spending money and had purchased 3 el cheapo mattresses before my back insisted on a better solution, so I walked through the door with a lot of questions and some frustration that I had to be there. Chris listened, and answered questions with good humor and kindness. Much to my surprise, he did not at any point pressure me. Instead he acted as a knowledgeable advisor. Did I end up spending money? Yes! But I feel completely at ease with my decision, with the quality of the mattress and platform I chose, and with the guarantee that stands behind them. I know I’m in good hands if any changes have to be made. I wish I’d saved my time and money on the earlier mattresses and gone there sooner. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Chris, if you’re lucky enough to get him.

Thomas was knowledgeable and took as much time as needed for me to understand the different ergo mattresses and what they could do. Delivery was the next day and Jeremiah and Macky worked hard to remove our old frames and install the new ones. We couldn't be happier with our purchases. Thank You Mattress Firm and Staff

I was greeted at Mattress Firm by Chris, after just the right amount of time had gone by for me to look around the store on my own. He listened to what I had to say, understood my needs, and went out of his way to accommodate me. This was a big purchase for me and he treated me with dignity and respect every step of the way. I left the store feeling like I had received the best possible deal at the best possible price.

Chris was incredibly amazing at not only giving us the relevant details about the different mattresses, bases and pillows, but also understanding our needs to pair us with the right mattress and base and pillows. I highly recommend him and mattress firm to take care of what is probably the most important piece of furniture in your home.

Thomas was great! We went in this weekend to try to find a new mattress. Thomas was so helpful and not pushy at all. He let us know about all the upgrades and deals that were available to us, but didn't try to push anything on us that we werent interested in. Our experiance was pleasent and relaxing and we left purchasing exactly what we wanted even if it was not what we went in expecting to get. Thomas made great reccomendations and pointed us to the mattress that would work best for us. Thanks Thomas!
