Mattress Firm Boca Raton

Came to Mattress Firm after weeks of looking for a mattress at furniture stores and not really finding anything that spoke to me. I expected to go in and be completely overwhelmed by choices and freeze up, causing me to leave without a mattress. I'm happy to report that the complete opposite happened! Mathias helped me weigh the pros and cons of a few different mattresses, keeping in mind my sleeping style and price point. He was so incredibly kind, personable and I didn't feel as if he was being pushy or salesy. It genuinely felt like someone who knew a lot about mattresses trying to help me find my best fit. I ended up walking out with a Sleepy's hybrid queen size mattress by Sealy's. They have a wonderful add on, where the delivery team will on box your new mattress, and take away the old one plus any boxes or trash that comes with the new. They also have a price match guarantee for up to a year! Meaning if your mattress is cheaper at any point in time from the day you purchase yours till a year later, they will match that price point and give you a refund. Also, if you don't like your mattress within 4 months, you can return or exchange it. I believe exchanging it is free, but returning it has a $150 fee. I ordered it today, and they could come as quickly as Sunday, if you pay for the add-on where the delivery team comes and places your new mattress in your home and takes out the old, you get a 2 hour delivery window. Most other places the window is way bigger, so I appreciate that! I haven't purchased a mattress in over 15 years, and this process was so much easier than I anticipated it on being and I am so excited to sleep comfortably in just a few days!

Ike was so pleasant to work with. He gave sound advice on choosing a mattress to help with my back issues even though I wanted a plush mattress for the soft comfort, I went with the medium and trusted his guidance. He also gave my dog some water. He was thoughtful and informative and very helpful.

UPDATE- I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH THE ORIGINAL (NAME BRAND) ONLINE! What was delivered was a piece of junk. Looks used and is broken. Electronic piece does not work. Mattress Firm will send replacement… if I can get hold of anyone!!! Not feeling good about this INITIAL REVIEW Found better price for comparable item online and price was matched. Happy to support local store!

I purchased from you because your salesperson, Toni, was exceptional. I trusted her and felt no pressure. She heard me and helped me find just what I wanted and made the experience smooth and more than I expected. I had gone somewhere else first, looked online for hours but only with Toniann’s help was I able to make a decision with no stress afterwards.

I initially rated them 5 stars. Then changed it to one star as the promises made seemed to unraveling. What was no problem , became big problem. But the story has a happy ending. The store made all their promises come true. And they ate the cost of making this happen. It definitely shows a lot of integrity to do that. Not only were they very knowledgeable and helpful. But they corrected their mistake and went out of their way to correct it.
