Mattress Firm Carmel Mountain

Today we had a very pleasant experience with Aida at Mattress Firm. She was kind and so helpful. We purchased exactly what we needed and a little more. She was a delight to work with. I am happy that we got next day delivery on the mattress we wanted that was not in stock in the store overall everything was amazing. Update! We received the mattress and frame the next day and the two delivery men set everything up perfectly. It took them no more than 10 minutes. The bed is so comfortable and it’s so refreshing to get a great nights sleep again. I highly recommend Mattress Firm if you are in the market for a new mattress.

It took a long time to research for a good mattress. All marketing aside I went with what always worked. We purchased a Sealy Spring Medium Queen Mattress which supports the low back. If I don’t like my purchase I can still return the mattress and get another that does work for me and my husband. Thank you to Mattress Firm and to Ivan for his interpersonal skills and knowledge in order to ensure my good purchase.

Daniel was amazing while helping several customers at once and making sure we all felt seen and heard. The people before me made their purchase and then I made mine. Daniel showed what customer service is all about. He surpassed what I consider Nordstrom customer service. Thanks to him I understood the importance of good quality beds.
