Mattress Firm Encinitas East

All the people at this Mattress Firm, and the one across the street, are great people that provide excellent customer service. David, in particular, was very courteous throughout the exchange process when I needed to change my mattress. I went back and forth between several options, and he was patient, helping me evaluate each one and ensuring I got a good value.

This review is for both Encinitas East and West locations. My experience was nothing but awesome! Juli and Luke helped me at both locations for both my visits and provided stellar, excellent service!! They were able to answer my two dozen questions and provided me with the knowledge I needed to pick the best mattress for my needs. They really are the sleep experts not to mention cool, down to earth helpful people. You can tell from the staff that they want to be there and help you. I will continue purchasing my beds from here. I had the pleasure of working with Luke and AJ at Mattress Firm in Encinitas. They both were extremely patient and considerate of my budget. Luke was understanding when I asked to replace my first mattress, a Nectar Premier. It felt firm enough when I tested it, but turned out to be too soft for me. So they honored their promise and even gave me the sale price on my upgrade to the Sealy PressureSmart firm. Delivery was quick and on time, so overall, I had a great experience!

Jose (sales) was very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful. Even though most mattresses were on sale for Memorial Day week, the one my spouse and I liked was not on sale. Of course! Delivery is expected in 2 days. If you’re going to have a sale, everything should be on sale.

My wife and I visited Mattress Firm thinking we wanted the same mattress we bought 10 years ago. The assistant manager, Juli, was terrific in helping us find a mattress we liked even better, at less cost. After asking questions to help guide her recommendations, she showed us several mattresses to lie on. Based on our feedback she showed us a couple more which we found our prefect comfort level. She was very knowledgeable and patient, able to answer all our questions. We called back a few days later to place the order. The mattress was delivered yesterday and we enjoyed a great night‘s sleep.
