Very professional, quick. Got the Adjustable split XL Twin Beds with all the accoutrements, delivery, set-up, & take away old King mattress & box springs for 1/2 the price of Facebook ads… which only supplied the bed. Delivery in 2 days! Great deal.

The manager was wonderful! Best sales and customer service I have found in many years. I needed a new mattress and checked out so many websites where they send you a bed without trying it first. These places give you time to try but they also charge a re-stocking fee. I love that I was able try out the beds and with the sale on and the manager’s help I was able to find a deal that I can afford and also have a new surface for my mattress with the ability to raise my head and legs, plus other cool features. Free set of sheets and a super nice mattress cover included. I highly recommend Mattress Firm - this is my second purchase and they even had my records of my previous purchase from 16 years ago. You can trust this company they have you back - literally!

First of all mattress shopping is not the funnest thing to do in the new year! Went to Mattress Firm on Academy near the Citadel Mall on Academy, met the manager Howard as we came into the building. Not only did he have all the information that one can possibly need he had some trivia for us as well. We decided on a King Beautyrest Black Series bed. I didn't buy on the spot! I went to a competitor store and spent time at that store as well, before I was done at the competitor store I knew where I was buying my bed at. Showed back up and Howard was ready to go! He made an incredible deal for us and made us feel like we won at the end of the day I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. If you're thinking of a bad please give Howard a shot he is full of information zero pressure 100% full service not sales. Thank you Hoskins family.
