Mattress Firm Powers

We had a great experience buying a new mattress and adjustable frame at Mattress Firm on Powers. Howard did a great job finding a good fit for our needs with no high pressure sales. Delivery service was excellent. I’m loving my new adjustable bed.

I don’t usually write reviews on places, however I need to give credit where credit is due! Looking for a Queen bed, and Howard is the man! It’s been a long time since buying a mattress, and Howard took his time to educate me and help me find the best one for me. Not only is he knowledgeable and friendly, his sense of humor and his historical trivia will leave you smiling and leaving confident that you made the best choice for yourself! Thank you Howard, you made finding a mattress stress free, and nice!

Our shopping experience at Mattress Firm Powers was fantastic! Howard was very patient with us, listened to our issues with each mattress we tried, and found the setup that works perfectly for both myself and my husband. The delivery of our items went very smoothly. Alvaro and his partner did a great job getting everything upstairs and setting it up perfectly. Thank you again!

Zachary was a very personable and knowledgeable salesperson. He spent a considerable amount of time helping us to select the perfect mattress and adjustable base. Howard, the manager, was friendly and gave us the best possible price. We highly recommend this store.

We were sleeping on a memory foam mattress that was almost 15 years old, and it was time for a new one. I was going to check American Furniture Warehouse, but they have a limited number of mattresses and I didn't want to deal with the crowds. I had an idea of what I wanted and a budget, but I wasn't sure what would be best. I reached out to an online agent with Mattress Firm, and he was very helpful in suggesting a Purple mattress. We decided to stop at this location on the way home, and I met Michael, who is very good at his job (for 16 years, if I remember correctly), great with my kids, and very honest. When I laid on the Purple, I could tell it is a great mattress, but it just wasn't for me as it was too soft. Mike didn't put any pressure on us, but instead suggested we try a Sealy. I tried one of their hybrid mattresses and it wasn't firm enough for me, so he suggested I try the Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Hybrid High Point II 14" Medium Mattress. It was above my budget, but it was $300 off and came with $200 in accessories, which made the decision easier. It just so happens this is this is consistently the best-selling mattress in the country, and for good reason. I like that haul-away is included in the price, and if they have room in the truck, they can possibly take an additional mattress away. Our trash company wanted $240 to take away a full-size mattress and box spring, but the delivery truck took it with no questions asked. I am in love with the mattress and I spoke with the manager yesterday to sing Michael's praises. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in general, and this store is very well run. If you're looking for a mattress, check them out first!
