Honestly one of the best experiences I have had with buying anything is with Snooze Mattress Company. I have been having issues not sleeping, waking up with numb arms, back pain, hip pain and feeling tired all the time. I didn’t realize for a while that it was my quality of sleep that was impacting me so heavily. I decided to start shopping around for a new bed. I was just driving when I saw Snooze Mattress Company and decided to drop in. I was promptly greeted by Jim and he was so helpful! He talked to me about what my needs are and I let him know I didn’t know that I was just not sleeping and something needed to change. He had me lay on this bed that sensed where all the pressure was in my sleep positions which then helped me determine what kind of bed will suit my sleep needs. He was so patient and absolutely so so knowledgeable. I let him know I was just shopping around and he didn’t pressure me at all and still provided excellent customer service. I ended up checking 2 other mattress companies that day and went straight back to Snooze. I tried a handful of the beds out they have in their show room and Jim even provided an amazingly comfortable side sleeper pillow for me to try the beds with. The second bed I tried at Snooze was the one I ended up purchasing. I can’t recommend Jim and Snooze Mattress Company enough. He was even so flexible with delivering my mattress and base when they arrived working around me being out of town for a week and my grandmothers funeral. They have hands down the best customer service. Jim never pressured me to purchase, he was so personable and so knowledgeable about every bed I tried and I am so pleased with the entire process. I ended up not only buying a mattress but the adjustable base, pillow and mattress cover as well. Also the place was immaculately clean, the beds were all in excellent condition and it smelled so nice inside. Such a welcoming environment to test out beds.

I'm very happy with the purchase I'v made, I was also impressed with the salesperson/ manager with the information he gave and helped me with. Jim wasn't pressuring me, and I appreciate that. Thank you again, the delivery gentlemen were very prompt with the setting up of my bed, and took my old bed away.

We thought good customer service was gone. Not at Snooze. Jim was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were treated like we were the most important person in the store. No high-pressure sales technique. The selection was amazing and with his expertise we were able to get the perfect adjustable bed and mattress. We could not be happier! The best mattress we have ever had! Definitely recommend this company. John was the person who had answered the phone, provided all information needed to get a bed set delivered the following morning by himself and the owner of the company. Processed payment over the phone, paper receipt given at time of delivery, showed up at exact delivery time, installed and setup just the way we wanted. Thank you so much for making this buying experience the best.

Needing new beds for a guest bedroom we stopped at Snooze. John was most helpful in explaining the ins and outs of these new-to-us type of mattresses. The store owner cheerfully and carefully handled the delivery within the two week window.
