Great experience! Moni at the Addison store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made it all easy for me. The delivery team of Frank and Jose got me all set up in ten minutes and were on time and super friendly. I spent my first night in my new bed and slept straight through for the first time in a year. Thanks Moni and everyone. ✨
View on GoogleCannot recommend this store enough! I went in looking for a new mattress and was immediately greeted by Nicky. He was so professional, patient, and knowledgeable! He knows his mattress brands, the varying firmness levels, and how to assess what a customer precisely needs! He taught me so much about how to properly pick a mattress. After trying out multiple mattresses, I felt the upmost confidence purchasing with Mattress Firm because of Nicky, his knowledge and their plethora of high quality options. This store (and company) definitely knows how to hire the best! And their delivery team are A1 quality as well - so kind, on time, respectful of your property and perfect communication. So thankful for Nicky and Mattress Firm!!!
View on GoogleI can’t say enough good things about Moni. She was beyond helpful and is extremely knowledgeable about the different brands. We ended up swapping out beds and she made it seamless and painless. She was just so pleasant and helpful. My husband is rather particular and she was more than willing to work with us to find a good match. I can’t recommend Moni or this MF location enough.
View on GoogleYour sales person, Moni was very accommodating, having given her my price range she showed me every possibility and I couldn't have been more pleased. She worked with me to get an adjustable bed frame ,within my price range too. She couldn't have been nicer ...You have a real jewel in this great sales person. A+
