Sleep Number

We purchased a sleep number bed around 5 years ago. To say we are extremely disappointed would be an understatement. First, upon delivery of our bed sleep numbers movers/techs literally tore a massive hole/rip on the right side of the mattress. This has caused the bed to constantly loose pressure. We were originally told sleep number would "take care of it" but they never actually resolved this in literally anyway. So we have had a $10,000 broken bed for the last 5 years and sleep number does not care. 2nd, the sheets that sleep number sells are very very low quality, at only a 300 thread count and a fragile material, for $80 they make their sheets to last an average of 4 months on a split top mattress. We only got 2 months out of ours though. If you did happen to get stuck with one of these beds, I highly recommend Bella Corteire sheets instead. If this wasnt all bad enough, sleep number beds are extremely difficult to move so once you get one your sort of stuck with it unless you can hire help to move it to your new house/location in the house. This bed is one of my most regretted purchases ever.

Absolutely the worst bed I’ve ever owned!! The warranty is crap I’ve had a small leak in mine since the first year I bought it and called it in and got zero help just a list of fees to get a new bed fixed. So sick of waking up on my boxspring every 3 hours
