Mattress Firm Clearance Center Matthews Township Parkway

We just want to share our experience here - we LOVE IT so much! We experienced 5 start treatment as soon as we entered the shop. Thank you to Donique for going above and beyond, for delivering the equipment yourself. Smooth and easy transaction. Highly recommended

We were looking to replace our old Tempur Pedic mattress and decided to check out Mattress Firm. We went to a different location first and had a bad experience but we received a call from Donique from the Matthews location. She expressed her concerns about the experience we had and she wanted to make our experience better. I was apprehensive at first but listening to her; I could tell she was genuinely interested in helping us. We discussed our options and pricing over the phone and when I felt comfortable then I told her we would come in the next day. We went to the Matthews store and she was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the Tempur Pedics we were looking at. I need to say that even though we spoke the night before and decided on a more expensive mattress, Don showed us another option we discussed that was less expensive. I was pleasantly surprised and knew that she was dealing with integrity. Once we made our final decisions, the rest of the process was easy. Donique went over all the items we agreed to on the itemized list and explained each one. When we had any questions, she had the answers and she made sure to get delivery in two days. I would highly recommend Donique as she went above and beyond what I expected. She worked hard for us and made us a priority throughout the buying process. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

Narrowed my choices online. Upon arriving at the store I was promptly greeted by Todd, explained what I was looking for and he immediately took me to that product, explained one variation of the product, had me test the firmness to verify it's suitability. No switching, up- selling, or other tactics. Provided delivery and takeaway service. Couldn't have been easier.

We visited this location with the intention of purchasing a new bed for our primary bedroom. Thanks to the excellent assistance from Dwayne and Karston, we ended up leaving with two additional sets for our kids. The sales were fantastic, and the assistance we got from the sleep experts here was phenomenal!

Mr. Brown was awesome sales representative! He went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for everything he did. Thank you again for your outstanding service. I really appreciate you and will gladly recommend you to others!
