Jackson was very knowledgeable about mattresses which made our decision easier. There was no sales pressure. He answered all of our questions spot on, no hesitation and had a nice attitude. We had not intended to purchase today and wanted to check out other mattress company but Jackson helped us make an informed decision and even ended up buying another base for another bed.

Jackson did an excellent job of helping me find the perfect mattress. He first prioritized my physical comfort making sure we found the best mattress I could get for my body and my financial comfort making sure to find the most affordable option that still gave me the physical comfort I wanted

We were greeted as we walked in today. All three gentlemen working were very friendly. Our toddler was all over the place and they were understanding and sweet with him. The guy who assisted us was fantastic. I was pretty indecisive (there is a huge selection!) and he was patient and accommodating. We picked something on a great sale. They offer no interest financing. Their return/exchange policies are great! We’re even expecting free delivery in just three days. Ten out of ten would recommend.

I had a good experience. Phil was very nice.Took time to explain different in mattress and prices. I told him price I could afford. He did not pressure me at all. Let me test each mattress til I found the one I wanted.

No issue specifically with the location but the company as a whole. It was ordered online with instal and removal upon inspection of the box spring I had already I realized there wasn't any issue with my curent mattress but with the box spring so I first called the bs 1800 number which is no help any more than the stupid online chat feature then called the store talked to them and then the delivery driver when they got here that I was changing it to a drop off instead so they dropped off the mattress outside with no haul off just drop off.... that being said I still got charged for it and they act like it never happened. Then I find out after my wife says she hates the mattress so well just keep using the old one that they take 149$ to return it.. ordered on the 10th call to return on the 18th slept on once and yall keep half the cost pluss the instal and haul away that never happened.... yea im good I'll shop elsewhere.
