So far it has not been a good experience. My mattress was not delivered. I waited for them to call. They called the wrong phone number and did not come to the door of my home. We described our steep driveway upon making the purchase. My sales person was excellent. Perhaps Mattress Firm needs a more reliable delivery company - since this is outsourced. Maybe the next delivery that is set up will be a better experience
View on GoogleSamantha at the Indigo Corners store in Durham was amazing! She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a bedframe that was out of stock and she found the only one left in the state for me and got it shipped to my home! It was excellent customer service! I will absolutely shop up there again.
