Mattress Firm Indigo Corners

So far it has not been a good experience. My mattress was not delivered. I waited for them to call. They called the wrong phone number and did not come to the door of my home. We described our steep driveway upon making the purchase. My sales person was excellent. Perhaps Mattress Firm needs a more reliable delivery company - since this is outsourced. Maybe the next delivery that is set up will be a better experience

Samantha at the Indigo Corners store in Durham was amazing! She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a bedframe that was out of stock and she found the only one left in the state for me and got it shipped to my home! It was excellent customer service! I will absolutely shop up there again.

Paul and Tim were great mattress specialist. Very informative and took the time to explain the differences in mattress.quality and types. Not pushy and let us take the time to get a feel if the differences on each one. As an experienced furniture consultant, they surpassed my expectations in their knowledge and experience. We will buy again from Paul and Tim everytime Highly recommend from us. 10 out of 10 stars

The Gentleman was very Polite and he explained to us after we told him what we were looking for and he explained and we ended up with the perfect one if you need a good Mattress go and check it out and believe me you will be satisfied with your selection
