Yesterday Queen City Homestore in Durham installed my new wall oven. It was a special order because apparently not many people need a wall oven with door that swings open to the side instead of down. But the price was as reasonable as I've seen anywhere. I am so glad I decided to buy it from Queen City because my whole experience was extraordinarily good. My salesman, Moises Lorenzo, did not try to upsell and he focused on filling MY needs and solving MY problems. Mosies was very patient and detail oriented, and he is a pleasure to work with. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Their system for scheduling delivery/install is efficient and effective. The installers did not hurry, they took the time needed to do it right. I was favorably impressed with the installation. I highly recommend Queen City.

Lisa Collins was not only very delightful, but helpful and understanding. I bought the electric range to replace the one I bought 20 years ago at Hart Appliance. I've seen QueenCity sign in passing and felt anxious when the time came to need an appliance again. My electrician suggested "Hart" meaning QueenCity because he has had very favorable and consistent reviews from his clientele. Lisa shattered my apprehension with her knowledge of the product and service and advise. She was kind and udnerstanding and, well, just fun to deal with! In this rapidly growing contactless service, it's heartwarming and reassuring to do business like this. The servicemen arrived early. They did the job quickly, professionally, knowledgeably, and were very kind. I will recommend QueenCity Homestore to everyone. I even followed up with my electrician to let him know how pleased I was. And, GE is an American made product. No tariffs and quality you can rely on.

I am renting out my house in Durham while I live on the other side of the country and the dryer died. Derek got in touch as soon as the order was placed and by the time we connected on the phone, he had gone online to the Zillow photos and gotten the info he needed for how the laundry room was set up, and then he handled all the logistics with my property manager and tenant. It was quick, seamless and low stress for me—I’ll definitely be using Queen City for my future appliance purchases.

Had a great experience purchasing a gas dryer at Queen City Homestore! What a breath of fresh air avoiding big box hassles and dealing with a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Plus, their pricing was cheaper and fair :) Then the installation guys were just top notch, experienced and so very polite!
