I cannot say enough kind things about Samantha! She asked questions, listened to what we wanted, and pointed us in the direction of what we needed. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about each mattress from the cost, to durability, to comfort. Never once was she pushy, just kind and knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed and let us move at our own pace. From walking in the door, to trying out MANY mattresses, to financing options, to purchasing she walked us through every step with patience. She made the process so wonderful and worked so well with us that we ended up adding two additional twin mattresses for our daughter’s room. (She didn’t try to upsell. We just liked her that much!) Samantha is a gem! Keep her around!

This was our first time actually getting inside of the store and we both enjoyed the different displays from the economical to most expensive ones. Because we were purchasing the mattress for guest room, we selected the appropriate one with the help of a wonderful sell person. I think the store is going to be our favorite place for the future purchases.

Samantha and Tim provided an excellent experience and made it has painless as possible when I found a new mattress. I highly recommend this store as not only did they give me their full knowledge when I paid for my mattress, they also gave me a bit of money back when I notice it on sale online within the grace period of the bed purchase. 6 stars if I could! I would definitely shop here again if I needed another bed!

We just bought our first Mattress Firm mattress; in addition to two pillows. The product is great. Extremely comfortable. But I was far more impressed with their customer service: outstanding!! Super easy to deal and extremely responsive and flexible. My highest recommendation!!
