Your store was recommended by a neighbor, Rose Diamond- because I loved her mattress and decided to treat myself to one. I’ve never made such a big decision- but Jessie and Greg helped me a lot and I’m grateful . Because there was a time limit I went to get the “medium”, but really wanted the firm, and signed the contract for that one, like a committed grown up (at age 80), then drove back in the traffic, in the dark, to show my neighbors the movie Stand And Deliver. I felt great. Thanks for doing what you do.

The sales rep, Gregg, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Luckily, I knew what I was looking for when I walked in regarding firmness, springs vs. foam, price range, etc., and he was able to pick out the perfect mattress for me on the first try. He also gave me some great advice for how to preserve my new mattress' quality for as long as possible, keep it clean, and helped me get the best deal on what I wanted so I was able to stay under my price limit. I don't really like shopping so it was such a relief to get through the process so quickly and easily.

I would not recommend this mattress company to be honest. Delia at the Rohnert Park store has zero customer service skills. She is rude and always claims she is too busy to help. I got conflicting information from the local store and the online chat. Would not give this business another thought after recent experience buying a mattress.

Hi All - We purchased a Tempurpedic King sized bed in October, 2025, with the Massage plan. It has been superb- and I haven’t had to go to my LaZyBoy recliner/rocker any night yet( instead of my former usual 3-4 nights a week).Thanks, Mattress Firm! Mary Mariani/ Windsor CA.
