Mancini's Sleepworld Santa Rosa North

Ross Kirkpatrick was one of if not the best experience I’ve ever had with a sales person in customer service. Ross was honest, actively listened to our needs, supported us through the process, and built trust with us in minutes. If you want a genuine and transparent sleep sales experience, you have to seek out Ross Kirkpatrick.

Ross was fantastic. He asked questions, listened to our needs and led us to what was best for us within our budget. Ross explained everything in great detail about all the options available, and how the delivery/removal process worked. I highly recommend Ross and Mancini's for your next bed purchase.

A very good experience from start to finish. I can't wait to see how my body feels after a few weeks on the hybrid tempur pedic. Ben, the store manager who assisted me, was really nice to work with and was very knowledgeable. The delivery guys were great. Everything went smoothly.

When I went into the store, I didn’t know what to expect. I had a specific mattress in mind. My girlfriend knew the salesman and he happened to be out that day. But the two gentlemen that were there were really great. They were kind and helpful And made everything go as smooth as possible. If the mattress arrives when it is supposed to then this will have been a perfect transaction. I highly recommend this place.

Ross Kirkpatrick is an awesome employee/salesman. His knowledge and experience were obvious as he listened to our needs and offered choices to meet them. The price was in line with our budget too. The delivery and setup was on time, quick and efficient. I whole heartedly recommend Mancini's Sleepworld.
