Resolution: As soon as Bill saw my review he reached out to me to take care of this. He had not seen the email that I previously mentioned I sent. Though he offered me a new bed, I did not feel that was necessary. So Bill monetarily resolved the situation. Thank you Bill! Bill was very kind and helpful. A very nice man to deal with. Atmosphere quiet. We weren't looking for anything spectacular so we were pretty easy customers. Unfortunately when I delivered my mattress to my brother and took off the plastic there was a tear in the fabric on back side of Mattress. I emailed them to let them know and never heard back. Kind of wrecked the experience. The tear was about a half inch, but it was unexpected for a new mattress I just paid $800 for. And it was only a twin.
View on GoogleSome things are simply better purchased at a brick-and-mortar store, and a mattress is definitely one of them—especially when you have an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson to guide you. Being able to try the different mattresses in person and truly experience the comfort before making a decision was invaluable. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward, and the delivery options were excellent. Call us old-fashioned, but we believe buying a mattress in person is a far better experience than purchasing one online. We highly recommend it.

We searched online, went Steinhafels and HassleLess Mattress then Mattress Firm. We ultimately decided to buy from Mattress Firm because of Bill, the salesman we worked with. Bill was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gave us a great overall experience without any pressure. Gave my wife and I space to talk and try different mattresses That’s what made the difference for us. We did run into a small issue after the initial delivery, but Bill stepped in right away and took care of it. He absolutely went above and beyond. Our new mattress was just delivered, and my wife absolutely loves it. Super comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for. Really appreciate a company and a salesman that stands behind what they sell and takes care of their customers. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going to any other store, and go straight to these guys. Would definitely recommend!
