Fantastic experience. Visited this store to purchase a mattress for my elderly Mother. Tiffany was there to help us. Her knowledge and customer service skills blew me away. With her help we found the perfect setup and got an amazing price. I would definitely return for future mattress needed.

We came in unsure of what mattress to get, Tiffany was super knowledgeable and kind. She took her time to ensure we got what we needed, while also leaving with a terrific deal! She created a fantastic atmosphere and we’re looking forward to referring our friends to her!

I cannot express how helpful Tiffany was at finding the mattress that meets our needs. She actively listened to our health needs and delivered the best mattress. My wife and I went to the Mattress Firm on Oracle and Wetmore to look at purchasing a new mattress and box spring. We were met by Tiffany the store manager. Her knowledge of the store products was unbelievable. I had done some research on line and was comfortable in saying that we were locked into a hybrid mattress. Seeing on the internet that it was a Black Friday sale going on by most manufacturers. We settled on purchasing the top of the line in the tempurpedic family. Next day delivery. Can’t wait. Go see Tiffany, she will take great care of you!! Glad we did.

I had the best shopping experience thanks to Tiffany. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly upbeat and friendly, making what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. I originally came in for a specific size boxspring, and Tiffany was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. But she didn’t stop there-She took the time to show me the purple mattresses and pillow. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me.
