Mattress Firm Ellsworth

I was in a pinch for a mattress. You had an amazing sale going on and had what I needed in stock!! Maryann was friendly, helpful, and simply a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Mayann for being so wonderful!! I didn't need a lot of expertise for this purchase, however when I need some Maryann made it obvious that she is the one to talk to. I will be back for my next mattress. Thank you for a great experience!

This was my first time shopping at Mattress Firm. About six months ago, my parents bought a bed there and have been very happy with it, so I decided to give the Ellsworth location a try. After recently having open-heart surgery, sharing a queen bed with my partner and needing a bed that could be elevated I knew it was time to upgrade. I worked with sleep expert Maryann, who was fantastic. She has a wealth of knowledge, took the time to understand my budget and sleep style, and gave honest, thoughtful recommendations. I never felt pressured; in fact, I visited three separate times before making my final decision. I’m a heavy “Google researcher” when it comes to larger purchases, and Mattress Firm consistently came out on top. They also offer several flexible payment options, and my bed was delivered just four days after I bought it. The two young delivery men set everything up, tested it, and were extremely careful moving the bed—especially up to the second floor. I’m thrilled with my purchase. I’m falling asleep much faster and sleeping straight through the night until my alarm goes off. If you struggle with sleep or wake up in pain, I highly recommend visiting Maryann at the Ellsworth Mattress Firm. I also learned with elevated beds they help with heartburn, regurgitation, and being elevated only 10 degrees can help take up to 30lbs pressure off your chest.

Jamie, who typically works in the Bangor store, but sold me my mattress in Ellsworth and then immediately helped remedy a concern post delivery. He, is someone I'll seek out to work with if we ever need another mattress. He was fantastic at identifying a great mattress for us and was just a pleasure to talk to - working quickly and also thoughtfully.

Great experience! Maryann easy going (no sales pressure) and she is extremely knowledgeable about their products. She was very patient with all of our questions and our “bed testing”. We did a lot of research but Maryann helped us find the perfect bed, at a great price. We can’t wait for delivery day!! Would highly recommend the Ellsworth Mattress Firm and Maryann!!

Maryann was so patient and helpful in the mattress choosing/ buying process. We went back and forth multiple times between mattresses and she was very knowledgeable about each one. Thank you Maryann!
