Mattress Firm River Square

I was shopping for allergen barrier pillow cases and made it to the store in Rocky River finding they had just closed. The young man on duty saw me at the door and immediately let me in to make my quick purchase. He had no pillow cases, however he very professionally sold me a brand new pillow! He was so courteous, professional and helpful. Thank you.

I had never been into the store before, but I needed a mattress for my son. The sales professional, Paris, was exceptional. She was very professional, understanding, polite, and informative. She was so helpful and we were able to purchase exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price, and we were leaving the store all within 30 minutes or less!

I had a fantastic visit. Came in late today to purchase a mattress, box spring and frame and was greeted warmly by Paris and Dwayne. I already came prepared with what I was looking for and they both jumped into help. They answered all my questions that were on my list . They directed me to the bed I was interested in I tried it out . They gave me measurements on what I was purchasing information about the delivery how to take care of the mattress etc The whole shebang! They got the ball rolling. Completed the transaction in a jiffy. I was so impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I'm so glad I chose this location and the company itself . It's a beautiful store spotless and quite a big selection. There's plenty of parking outside. It's in a safe well lit area and easy to get to. They work with you when you want your delivery. They made it sound so easy. Can't wait to get my new bed and enjoy some good sleep! Just perfect. Thank you for your great customer service. You two are the best! Give them a call, check them out online or come in for a visit. I think you'll be impressed. A large selection and a budget for everyone!

The saleswoman Paris is smart, friendly, patient, and a problem solver. She can tell you the measurement of any mattress. I did not plan to purchase a mattress today although I needed too. Paris made the process so easy that I now have a new mattress after years of researching mattresses.

Great prices and so many choices! Paris was absolutely wonderful and she was very knowledgeable and able to help us find exactly what we were looking for!! She was SO helpful in helping us to stay in our budget, that we were actually able to get TWO mattresses, one for our son and one for us! Thank you so much! We'll never go elsewhere for a new mattress!!!!!!
