Excellent service. Excellent choices of mattresses at various costs. Michael gave me many options within my budget. He answered all my questions. He was professional and friendly. I had come there from another local mattress store where the sales person was not knowledgeable. Michael helped me find the best product for my money and he was enjoyable to work with. I am truly happy with my purchase.

We worked with Todd for the purchase of our Tempur Pedic mattress. He was thorough, charismatic and super sweet. It was such an enjoyable experience working with him. I recently took my parents to Mattress Firm to shop for a mattress. They are very particular about comfort and quality, and were pleasantly surprised to find that this store had a large inventory with a wide range of options at very reasonable prices. Michael, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were completely happy with our choice. He took the time to answer all questions and never pressured us into a purchase, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The mattress delivery was seamless and on time. Overall, an excellent shopping experience — both the store and Michael exceeded expectations.
