Sleep Number

We love sleeping on our bed, but as expensive as it was some things could be better — like the button you push to pair with your phone. Update Jan 24 - We had an issue with the bunkie board delivery. It arrived after the bed was delivered. It was challenging for us to lift the bed with the hoses attached and place the bunkie board underneath as recommended. If we had known this ahead of time, we would’ve scheduled the bed delivery for a later date. I asked our sales person what they could do to make it up to us for the inconvenience. It took nearly two weeks to learn that we should call customer service. Lesson learned— don’t expect anything from the store. Their job is to sell you an expensive bed. After you’ve paid several thousand dollars, you can call an 800 number as if you ordered online. We love the bed. Very disappointed with less than customer friendly service after the sale. .

Our Sales Associate Doc was amazing to work with. He was very experienced, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable with our purchase. We’ll definitely work with him again, and I’ll be referring family and friends.

After a couple of months with the I8 mattress, my wife and I are not happy with it. I wasn’t happy with the mattresses in the store either. This is a warning to potential buyers about the frame. Don’t waste your money because you won’t be able to return it if you’re not satisfied within the 100-day trial period. I’m returning the I8 and will be stuck with the frame. Please take your time before purchasing these mattresses. The mattresses in the store are broken in and feel very different from what you’ll get. They even tried to send a mattress topper, but it didn’t make a difference. Many companies make adjustable beds, so don’t let that be the deciding factor. Sleep Number is basically over priced trash.

Doc was incredible! He spent the time to explain which bed option was best and most personalized for us as a couple. He shared the technology details and was very patient with our many questions. Most enjoyable part of this experience was his sense of humor! Best experience hands down!

I absolutely love my sleep number bed! Sam helped me choose the best mattress. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had one a while ago and then went to a different mattress for a bit. I couldn’t be happier getting back to the sleep number.
