GAME CHANGER !!! I have been suffering from back pain for several years and had heard about purple from several friends. I visited this store while out shopping and had the opportunity to speak with one of the associates about my options. He walked me through several options in the store and described each one in detail for how they could help me. I ultimately ended up purchasing the rejuvenate mattress with the platinum frame and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It was well worth the cost. I've had my mattress for about a week and I can already feel the difference in my back. I was honestly skeptical at first because I've suffered from back pain for so long but after just a few nights sleeping on this mattress my back pain has significantly decreased and I am a believer. The gentleman who helped me, Syncere was amazing!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I want to personally thank him for his expertise, advice and assistance.
View on GoogleToday, me, and my siblings went into purple, and we absolutely loved it! Jaylen was very helpful and very nice. He explained it to us in detail of how the beds were. He also Let us test the beds out. He’s very good at advertisement and overall the best were a 10 out of 10. I’m in love you should definitely get you one.
View on GoogleMy friend and I visited the Purple Mattress at the 12 oaks mall and Jalen was so kind and showed great personality, I was not planning on getting a mattress but after leaving I was really considering it.
View on GoogleI bought my first Purple mattress today and had to give a compliment to the girl who helped me, Jay (not sure if that's how she spells it). She was friendly, very knowledgable, and had plenty of patience dealing with my millions of questions. She made the whole process easy. Thanks again!
View on GoogleMy partner and I went to four mattress stores before we ended up here - and we ultimately made our purchase thanks to Carter. He was kind, funny, informative, and answered all of our questions. He asked questions to figure out what we needed and helped us based on our wants and needs, not on their sales or pricing. They are not commissioned based so no pushy salesman, just great customer service.
