Mattress Firm Novi Town Center

My in store experience was 5 stars. Dave knows his product line extremely well and provided great in store service. My delivery experience has been a different story. The product they delivered is missing cables so the full functionality of the unit is not working. I’m being told that it will be 3 weeks before a replacement unit will be delivered. The mattress pad/cover was delivered with a filthy edge, it’s been one week and I haven’t seen a replacement pad/cover.

We had an exceptional experience, thanks to Jaclyn and Mike who helped us with our mattress exchange even a few days after the 120-night trial period. We had a week more left, however when we visited the store, the mattress we wanted to exchange with was at full price. Jaclyn and Mike suggested the new mattress will go on sale after a week, which would ideally be after our 120-night trial period, but we would save some money with the sale price. They assured that they will still let us exchange mattress even if we are a few days over. We were honestly nervous about the process, but they treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care from start to finish. They truly listened to our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. It never felt like a transaction—it felt like someone genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Their professionalism and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. Experiences like this are rare, and it’s because of people like them that we'll remain a loyal customer and confidently recommend this store to others.

I was in urgent need of a new mattress and could pick one up the same day, so Mattress Firm was the perfect choice. They had exactly what I wanted in stock, allowing me to load it up and take it home right away. The mattress is high-quality and came at an unbeatable price. Michael’s assistance was outstanding—he answered my call, confirmed availability, and even reserved it for me to ensure a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

This Mattress Firm Center is very good support. She is kindness. Finally I bought a King Size Mattress. The set up is also good👌

Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. They will go above and beyond to help you and make sure to provide you a wonderful sleep. Jaclyn has been very patient, understanding and kind the whole time for my multiple requests. Michael also helped me in getting a good deal and he is very knowledgeable. They are not rushing salesman and would let you take your own sweet time to be fully satisfied and come to a decision. As I mentioned earlier, Customer satisfaction is more important to them than getting a sale. Definitely recommend these guys.
