Mattress Firm Glenville

I walked into Mattress Firm this evening just browsing for a new bed, and Paul made the entire experience exceptional. I spent about an hour trying out several “manager special” mattresses in the back that were good for the price, but he never rushed me or pushed anything. After going back and forth, I ended up trying a Sealy that was significantly more comfortable—especially coming from a Purple firm mattress that was giving me hip and lower back pain. Paul was incredibly patient while I figured out what actually felt right for my body, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was how he worked with me on the deal. He knocked down the price and even included an adjustable base, which made a huge difference. On top of that, he clearly explained the return/exchange policy and reassured me that if I’m not satisfied, I can swap it out—something another store had told me wasn’t possible. Overall, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. Paul’s patience, honesty, and willingness to help made the process easy and stress-free. I’m really happy with my purchase and looking forward to delivery on Monday. Highly recommend working with Paul and choosing Mattress Firm over the big warehouse stores. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

We had such a great experience working with Steve! He was very knowledgeable, kind, personable, and took our needs into consideration regarding budget and my husband's back problems! What we appreciated most was there was zero pressure to buy immediately. I'm not a fan of "salesman" type interactions and Steve was anything but that- just super nice and wanted to help. He gave us impeccable guidance so that we were able to make the best choice for us. We are so excited for our new mattress and adjustable frame! If you stop in, be sure to ask for Steve!

The team there was fantastic. They took the time to listen to our wants and needs and were patient as we tried out just about every mattress in the store. The buying process was quick and easy with no hidden surprises.

I visited the Glenville store and the service I received was excellent. Sean was very professional, friendly and gave great customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the products. He politely answered any questions I had and was very helpful in finding the right matress I was looking to buy. I would highly recommend Sean and The Firm Mattress of Glenville.

Jason and Paul were amazing in getting us set to go with a new mattress for both myself/my wife and our 2 year old son’s first big boy bed! They were also so kind and patient either our son in the store. It was a great experience overall!
