He went out of his way to give us information he didn't strictly need to so that we were well-equipped to make the best decisions possible. Going to Mattress Firm was a decision I will never regret. It was great. I immediately felt like a valued customer. I was welcomed, asked what was looking for, what my budget was.. Bob made it so easy for me. This bed is for my guest room. For the past 34 years I have slept on a Queen watered and I love it. I sometimes think about getting a new bed, but then I come to my senses. I hope my guests like the selection I made. Highly recommend Mattress Firm.

What a nice experience. Bob was so patient and helpful, making sure we tried every mattress he thought would work for us. We finally picked one and it will be here on Saturday. They have a 120 day return window so if we don't like it we can swap or refund. We will see how good our pick works out by Monday, but the store, Bob and the selections gets five stars. 👍🏼👍🏼😉

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me and my partner through every mattress until we found the one that was a perfect fit. He didn’t pressure us at all and made the whole process feel a lot more relaxing.
