Overall great experience, Emmet was very helpful and informative. We initially purchased a DreamCloud mattress online , it was one of the worst mattress we have ever laid on . So we decided to go in person to try out a few different ones . We ended up purchasing the Purple Restore plus mattress and adjustable base . We absolutely love it ! Delivery was quick and they even removed our old mattress and set up the new one . Best prices and quality mattresses ! If you need a new mattress we highly recommend going here , don’t purchase a box mattress!

In search of a specific Sealy Posturepedic mattress, and following several unsuccessful store visits in Clifton Park, I decided to give Mattress Firm in Latham a call to see if they had what I was looking for.
Don, the Sleep Expert who took my call, was tremendously helpful, answering all of my questions, and checking their inventory to see if they had the mattress I wanted in stock. Indeed they did, just not on the floor. I decided to visit the Latham location anyway.
The store was quite busy and soon after I walked in, Don was available to help me. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a mattress sight unseen and, more importantly untested, but Don patiently explained the "120-day Sleep Trial" which made me more confident about my decision to purchase this particular mattress.
When I inquired about adjustable bases for the mattress, Don explained the differences and then took me to different mattresses with the different bases so I could check them out for myself. Of course, the one I liked best was the high-end model with a plethora of positions, motion activated lights under the base, AND a two-zone MASSAGER!!! I really wanted that base!
Knowing my budget, Don was able to bundle my mattress and adjustable base (yes, the massaging one!) with a 10-year mattress protection plan, a mattress protector, a new sheet set, delivery, set-up, and haul-away. Not only did the grand total come in below my budget Don was able to save me over $1000! AND, he was able to get me on the delivery schedule this morning!

Had a great experience at the Mattress Firm located in Latham. Emmet was our sales coordinator and she did a fantastic job. She has a well rounded knowledge of all the products and gave us plenty of time to try the various options before making our final decision. This was a smooth and easy transaction and the delivery was perfect, too. All in all, an excellent place to shop for a mattress.

Wonderful experience at Mattress Firm at Latham Circle. I walked out with more than I expected and package I could not resist. Don was very supportive and attentive to my needs regarding a new medical condition. He was focused on making sure I left spending only what I was comfortable with. It was a pleasant experience. Excited for a new journey with my sleep!

Had a very good experience shopping at Mattress Firm today. Samantha took a good amount of time to show us various adjustable beds, explaining the difference between them and showing us all of the features available. It was extremely informative. No pushy sales pitches. We ended up purchasing a bed I think we will love!! Hoping delivery goes as smooth as the purchase went. Highly recommend Samantha if you’re looking for good information without any sales pressure!
