Rooms To Go

Let me start by saying I love love love my new bedroom suite . I'm laying under the covers in my new King Bed, now doing my review. We had already been to all the other furniture stores in the area from Haverty's , Ashley's to Ethan Allen , and didn't really like any of the new boring modern styles . We came bk to Rooms to Go a 2nd time a 2 weeks later , and we knew we loved the Westover Hills Panel Collection Set by Cindy Crawford. It looks Rustic like in a Aspen Lodge or a Mountain Chalet ( which is my style). Country Girl. I bought a extra chest of drawers along with the one it already came with for all my clothes , and the dresser I let my husband use . We got the 2 nightstands and Headboard / Frame. I paid for my entire set in full ,and Paul ordered it. He was great didnt take long because I'm a woman who knows what she wants and paid for it in full myself so my husband's wallet could catch it's breath . Even though the set I picked was popular, it took 6 weeks to build and ship. I got the extended warranty, set up and delivery. The guys who delivered it Caleb and Johnathon were awesome. They were Native American Blood like me, and they came down from Lumberton N.C. Lumbee Nation whoop whoop . We talked about Collard Sammiches. Anywho it took about a hour and half ,and they had us set up with all 8 pieces . They broke down the boxes and trash and it was removed as well. Hope they have a safe trip bk to N.C . Last Bedroom Suite I bought for my daughter was Ashley Furniture several years ago , but I'll be sure to Shop Rooms to Go in the Future. For Value , Style and Quality this was the Top Tier! Thanks Kimberly Saunders and Hubby Matthew. :)

I was very impressed with the entire process. Our associate, Kim, made the transfusion easy. I bought a new bedroom set and a kitchen table. It was a very quick and she answered all my questions.

What a smooth and hassle-free experience today at Rooms To Go. Our sales representative, Chaz, greeted us upon entry into the store. He didn't try to detour us away from our intended purpose for our visit; as he was very pleasant and respectable of meeting our customer service needs when requested. That's my kind of furniture shopping...in and out with exactly what we needed with a valued experience. Thank you, Chaz for making our shopping experience a great one.

Barbara Matt was our sales person. She greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was a joy having her on our side. She also let me know two days later there is a sale and we could call rooms to go and ask for a price adjustment, which we did. What a sweet and helpful person! This world needs mire people like her!!!

It was so easy to work with our salesperson Christa.I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, but she made the process simple. She showed me various options and let me decide without feeling pressured. I also enjoyed meeting the manager John, who made my family members and I feel at home. I can’t wait to see my new living room when everything is delivered!
