I visited this location after checking out another Mattress Firm, and I can confidently say this one is the best. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to our needs, and worked within our price point. I’m a side sleeper who struggles with shoulder pain and overheating/night sweats, while my husband sleeps on his stomach and deals with hip pain and sciatica. With such different needs, we thought finding the right mattress would be tough—but this was our first time investing in a quality bed, and the staff here made it easy. I was happy with our salesman, Wade. He provided us with so much information about kinds and brands of mattresses from the top of the line downward. He encouraged us to lie on every mattress while assessing our needs. He asked about sleep position, health, low back pain, bed frame, etc. When he became aware of our price point, he offered several lightly used mattresses at 50% off. We ended up with a.King Beautyrest with coils and a soft cushy top. He sweetened the deal with free delivery and a complimentary mattress protector.
