Lisa Cafasso was quick to help us try out beds and facilitated our sale/delivery without a hitch. A good deal and good experience.

Ridiculous money spent for the top of the line and it makes my back so much worse. I appreciate all the adjustments and gimmicky tech integration but this has got to be the worst mattress. The heating and cooling are terrible and it’s a $15K waste of money. Just updating the app broke the WiFi connection.

I bought a bed from sleep number. They delivered the bed to set it up. It looked good and felt good but they could not get th pump to interface with the remote controls. I talked to their customer service. They said it will not be made to work untill I sign an additional agreement. The agreement was over 30 pages on my smart phone. I informed them that I would not sign an additional agreement. We had already agreed to a deal... They refused to enable the remote control. They did say they would arrange for pickup the bed ... but there was no sign of malfunction and to retrieve the bed was an additional $250 that I did not agree to. I was out of $2200! They should get no stars!
