I recently had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm, thanks largely to our salesperson, Ashley. We went in with a general idea of what we wanted, but her knowledge and helpfulness really guided us to the perfect decision. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we never felt pressured. The delivery process was just as smooth, and the delivery team was both fun and personable. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for great service from start to finish.

Wayne was extremely helpful and personable. His knowledge helped us find the right mattress/adjustable base. He showed us what we thought we wanted and then options he thought would be better…we went with the one he recommended and after having it almost a month I believe he was right. He reached out periodically to see how the bed was working for us. Store was clean and all the employees have been good to us.

Wayne was great! Gave us the information we needed on the products we were looking for and that helped us make our decision. We would definitely buy from him again.
