Sleep Number

The sales person was great . We came back to the store to get brackets for our new headboard and the were in stock so no waiting on shipping.

We bought our sleep number bed and we love it! It tells your heart rate variable or HRV. It tells how well you slept between 1 and 100. It tells how many breaths you take in a minute. You can make it as soft or as hard as you want the mattress to be. It reclines up and down at the head and at the foot of the bed. We love it!!! Sometimes my husband will call me, laughing and say get off my side of the bed. Lol, it's great!

This was our first sleep number mattress store experience. Shea was amazing! She walked us through the full experience and helped us understand how different sleep number truly is. She answered all our questions, let us take our time testing each product, and made sure we found the right mattress. She made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole experience and never pressured us to make a decision even as we were up against closing hours. Buying a mattress can be a difficult process because it is such a big investment. Shea was wonderful and showed us the value of a sleep number.

We had a great experience at the store in Jackson, TN The store manager is very kind and she really understood our needs. It was the best experience we have had in retail in a very long time. We bought a smart bed I8 and this will finally give me peace of mind as I take care of my husband that has extreme medical conditions . My husband and I are both looking forward to better nights ahead.

Brandon is terrific! Very knowledgeable about all the sleep number products. Helped us find the perfect bed a few years ago. Recently found the sheets I wanted and needed. He knew exactly what I was looking for.
