OC Mattress

I would leave a minus 5 if I could my wife bought a bed and when we got home changed her mind because the contract was lacking a lot of info as in no info. She canceled in less than 24hrs and talked to Jesse on multiple occasions. The bed was never delivered but we are told that she can’t get a refund because it was delivered that’s a blatant lie. I would never recommend this crooked lying ripoff store not even to my worst enemy. Out over $3400.00. This store is a total ripoff!

My wife and I found ourselves in the store when we need a mattress, we were assisted by the sales person named Jessy. He was excellent to deal with, very kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We ended up buying a mattress and base through him that day. He was very helpful to the entire process. When I original base was going to be late, he arranged for us to have an upgrade so our delivery would make it when promised. Very excellent customer service, would recommend.

This is a family owned business which has been around for over 50 years. Their mattresses are five-star high-quality and are reasonably priced. I bought a queen size bed from them over three years ago and it is still as good as new. I went with my friend, Lois today and when we arrived Jessy remembered both of our names from when I had briefly stopped by the day before and had asked him a few questions. When we arrived he said, “Hi Vickie, and you must be Lois!” He helped Lois find the perfect bed for her. Jessy is the best. Very cool and very professional. I would recommend OC mattress over any other place in Orange County. C. Vickie Hazlett

Worked with Mario and he was extremely helpful. First time ever buying a mattress and he patiently took the time to explain different mattresses and their pros and cons. Very knowledgeable, professional and no pressure individual. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!
