Mattress Firm Kinnelon

After visiting other retailers who were more about the sale than ensuring our comfort , it was so refreshing to meet with the sales professionals here. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping us find the perfect mattress that fit our needs, wants, and our budget. No pushy sales pitches here! She attentively listened to our likes and dislikes and offered suggestions from there. I highly recommend visiting here for your next mattress purchase.

We had a great experience working with Jennifer at Mattress Firm. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us the time and space to make our decision without ever being pushy. Jennifer helped us weigh our options, provided honest advice, and focused on finding the mattress that was most comfortable for us—not the most expensive one. We really appreciated her low-pressure approach and genuine concern for helping us find the right fit. Highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you’re shopping for a mattress!

Jennifer was awesome. She helped me choose the mattress that would best fit my sleeping habits. She also was kind enough to give my grand daughter a band aid. That is going above and beyond! ❤️🙂

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new mattress and Jennifer was so kind and helpful explaining the different types of mattresses and for back , side or stomach sleepers . She also explained the difference between the firmness and comfort of mattresses. If we have any back issues what mattresses would be best to help with sleep and back pain. She was very reliable , helpful and we found the right mattress for us . She even helped my mom and Aunt in early September of last year getting a mattress for Labor Day . My mom ended up getting the adjustable base , a mattress that helps with regulating body temperature and cooling . It even adjust to your body weight and supports any back , shoulder or neck pain . It has a vibrate massage and you can recline the base up or even raise the bottom if you want your feet up . Jennifer was very helpful to us all and we found the perfect mattresses . She even remember my mom and Aunt when we went to the store and I told her that she helped them get my mother a mattress . Now she helped my husband and I get a Mattress and it was delivered Tuesday and it’s such a relief to sleep on a comfortable mattress and get a good nights sleep without waking up sore . Thank you so much Jennifer . I highly recommend if you are looking to get a new mattress I would ask for Jennifer from the Kinnelon , NJ location she is wonderful .

We had a great experience with Jennifer our sales woman. We had a ton of questions and were unsure what direction we wanted to go and she helped ease that so we could finally settle on a new bed set and we're eager for our new bed to arrive this weekend!
