Jared was amazing to work with at Raymour & Flanigan! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. He took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for without ever being pushy, and his customer service was top tier. If you’re shopping there, definitely ask for Jared he’ll take great care of you!
View on GoogleKal was wonderful salesman when purchasing our new mattress.. He was patient with all our questions, took his time, never made us feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't want. He was very knowledgable and pleasant through the enter experience. We tried numerous brands and firmness.very happy.
View on GoogleI ordered a $341 coffee table through the Kinnelon showroom it’s so light weight I can pick up with one arm. I’m 65 year old woman. The color looks like baby poop. Doesn’t even look like it does on line. They will not refund me money or give me a store credit. If you can’t see it in person don’t buy online you will get screwed.
View on GoogleOur floor was damaged when our new bedroom set was delivered nearly 6 weeks ago and I’ve been bounced around like a ping pong trying to get the floor repaired. I call the customer service phone number; they tells me to call the show room. I call the show room, they direct me to delivery. I call delivery, don’t hear back from anyone over there - it’s BEYOND frustrating. Only giving two stars because we actually love the bedroom set itself and the delivery team was accommodating with us and our move in date.
View on GoogleI was well taken care of. extremely helpful Reps and Managers. I retuned a mattress that didn't work for us and they were happy to help fit us with another one that is amazing.
