Victor made my experience amazing. He was so kind, no pressure, and despite my age treated me as an adult unlike all the stores I tried before. He was so patient and willing to help me and price matched a pillow to help my health. Prices during the sale were perfect, loved this place!!

Our journey started with my daughter, visiting the SeaCliff store and unlike the previous eight or nine stores she had been too looking for a mattress - this was different. She was greeted kindly at the door by Victor the salesman. She was not pressured. She was welcomed. He provided her with options and information which was not the case from the other stores that she visited unfortunately, there’s a lot of age discrimination against younger people, and they’re not given the time of day or the help needed. They’re disparaged and ignored. What people don’t realize is that working parents don’t have time to shop and many times they send their young adult kids to shop for them to save money. We purchased a very nice King sized mattress and an Incredible pillow on sale! The experience saved me time and money, in multiple ways. I didn’t need to leave work to go shopping, and on my way home I purchased the items my daughter had picked out. Win-Win! Thank you kindly for your service.

Second time buying from Mattress Firm. Excellent service. Salesman Steve was awesome. No pressure, very informative. Bought two new mattresses and adjustable stand. Prices were fair and it was a smooth process. I highly recommend shopping at Mattress Firm.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Victor when we were choosing a new mattress set. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explaining the different benefits of each type of mattress without trying to steer us in any one direction which I greatly appreciated.
