I was in the market for a new mattress. I had been looking for mattresses online and also visited a few stores. I was ready to settle for anything before I remembered there was a mattress store over by my bank. I went into Mattress Firm, looking around, and was approached by a young man. All he said was, "If you need help, let me know; I'll be over there." I appreciated that because it didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying something or would end up leaving. This young man from New Orleans (504) answered all my questions without the pressure. When it was all said and done, I ended up buying a premium mattress and a premium base. I was very happy with the merchandise and the price. I would recommend Mattress Firm off Northwest Highway in Dallas and make sure to ask for David, the man from New Orleans (504). Thank you again, David. Can't wait to sleep in my new bed. A happy customer.

i came in here with my son this past weekend. i was hesitant due to the area that i live in . I haven't always gotten the best of treatment to this places . i believe due to way i look . I was so glad coming into this location when i saw kobi . kobi made us so comfortable walking into the store . I was not going to purchase anything due to the prices but he made it happen for me. I left with a new mattress for myself and will definitely be back to purchase for my children! he broke everything down and went straight to the point . YA'LL go see kobi if ya'll need a new bed ! i highly recommend him !
