This store was great. Stephanie Martin helped my wife and me find the right mattress without feeling pressured. We appreciated her knowledge about the products on the showroom and her willingness to be patient as we tried multiple options. Delivery happened the day after our purchase, and the team was on time and communicated well. If you are looking for a mattress, do yourself a favor and stop in to see Stephanie.

As I was saying before I accidentally posted an incomplete review, Lori was incredibly gracious, showed a superb knowledge about your products, answered every question we asked promptly, informatively and politely and with such an open, honest and friendly manner that Rita and I were both charmed and pleased. We were also thrilled as she explained the delivery process, which included the hauling away of the old beds. Lori is a treasure: as a former controller for a multi-salesperson retail company, all I can say is that I wish that I'd had a dozen Lori's working for us, as she was one of the most personable, most knowledgeable, and most poised and professional salespersons I have ever dealt with in my life! Needless to say, we purchased a new Califonia split-king, along with protectors, two complete sets of sheets, pillows, etc., and should be very happy with all we purchased. Best place ever to buy a bed! Lots of different choices. They had a Patented test bed from Duke University that actually scanned your body as you lay there to help you determine what kind of firmness fit your needs along with a few questions you answered to help out. Amazing. Lori, The store manager, helped me with my selection. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Lori Is living proof that customer service does still exist

We called the store ahead of time and already Larry, who helped us with our sale sounded warm and friendly on the phone. Nothing changed when we got to the store! He was very helpful and thoughtful. He led me through the process ss of choosing the right bed and did so with much consideration and respect. He made it fun and enjoyable for my kids to be there which put me at ease to take my time in making decisions. I highly recommend this store for a mattress purchase! Ask for Larry! He’s the best!

Came into the store not knowing what mattress I wanted. I had looked some up online but I wanted to get a feel for them. Larry helped us out and showed us many mattresses. It was a very great experience. He had us lay down on many mattresses until we found the best fit. I was very satisfied with how great he treated us. Lori was also there and was very friendly and personable. I felt very welcome at this store. Can't wait for my mattress delivery.
