Mattress Firm Temecula

Val is so amazing. I came in the store to look for mattresses and box springs. She knew her products very well. Asked me questions to get a better idea of what I was looking for. She explained everything very well. There was no pressure in buying. She just truly wanted me to get the right products for my bed frames. Such a genuine person. She went the extra mile to help me and I thank her very much for that!

Returned to see Maria as she had helped us previously however she was not in. I wanted to get a mattress and knew I was going to buy…Val and Dan were very friendly and helped me with my purchase. Maria, the original sales woman that had helped us prior when we were Still deciding was able to get the commission on the sale which I thought was very nice of the sales people that Helped us. Easy breezy transaction, very informative, and super happy with my new mattress

I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm and had such a great experience thanks to Val! I went into the store with absolutely no plan and honestly didn’t even know what kind of mattress I preferred. Val was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different options and really took the time to match me with mattresses that best fit my needs. She was also so patient with me as I went back and forth trying to decide. At no point did I feel pressured — she made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Making such a big purchase can definitely feel intimidating, but Val truly put me at ease from start to finish. The checkout process was smooth, delivery scheduling was easy, and the delivery team was quick, respectful, and professional as well. Overall, such a positive experience. I definitely recommend this location, and especially Val, if you’re looking for great customer service and guidance while mattress shopping. Thank you again!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Mattress Firm Temecula. Maria was so great to work with— very patient and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job helping us find the perfect mattress, which was delivered the next day! Five stars for the delivery men, too. They were very efficient and courteous. 10/10 • Highly recommend!

We had truly the most amazing experience! Went in looking to purchase a King Bed. We were instantly greeted at the door by Val who helped us the entire time answered all of our questions, and told us many things we truly didn't even think to ask. She was so well informed, so happy. We had a little one with us and she was patient and kind to him as well! We were able to find our dream mattress and had the honor of being helped by Val! Thanks for making such a stressful shopping situation seem like a piece of cake!
