First things first, I LOVE my new mattress and adjustable bed frame from Mattress Firm! The adjustable bed frame was something I never even knew I needed, but it has completely changed the way I sleep. It’s been absolutely instrumental in helping me get comfortable and rest better every night. Jamica was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She did a fantastic job explaining the key features of everything and helping me find the right fit without making me feel pressured. On top of that, she has such a great personality and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Buying my first “big girl mattress” felt like a huge purchase, but it was 100% worth it. I had an amazing experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend working with Jamica at Mattress Firm!

We had a great experience at this store. Jamica was thorough and patient with us as we tried multiple different beds. We still haven’t made the purchase as it is taking my partner and I longer to agree on wha we want but we will be back to shop at this store. Really appreciate the service and all the different options and deals at this Mattress Firm.

Jamaica made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and her friendly attitude really stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers find what’s right for them. Thanks to her, I’m so happy with my purchase and sleeping better already! Highly recommend asking for Jamaica if you get the chance she’s the best!
