Shaun was absolutely Professional and Courteous. His presence just lights up a room. My husband and I were looking for a firm inexpensive mattress because we ordered one online maybe two or three months ago and it was too soft causing us back pains and body aches. So we decided to visit this location since we were in the area. Upon entering the store we was greeted by a man named Shaun. While we couldn't decide on which mattress to choose after testing and trying most of them, Shaun suggested that the Temperpedic was the best one in our budget. After going from medium to firm, we chose the firm one and we're so glad because we've been sleeping like Champs. Thank you Shaun for your Wisdom and Knowledge and just your overall expertise on your merchandise. Because of you, we would recommend to anyone this location. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE is so hard to find these days. Thanks Shaun, you Rock!

Sean and his team were great! They were friendly, funny, helpful and fast. I was clear on my needs and price & Sean hit it perfectly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wanted to share my recent experience with Hugh at the River Oaks Store! This was my third purchase from Mattress Firm in the past few years so I guess I’m a repeat customer. I needed a good mattress for an extra bedroom and didn’t have a lot of time to make the purchase. i'm not sure that I could've had a better experience with a sales person then with Sean at the Westheimer and Shepherd store in Houston. He never seemed to rush me. His sales tactics were simply his enthusiasm and knowledge of the products. How do you tried to oversell me? I probably would've left, but he didn't and he had a terrific sense of humor. I noticed this both with myself and another customer an elderly lady who he treated with such affection and kindness mattress firm has a buyer in me as long as Sean is working there.
